What the Advisor Is

The AI advisor is your always-on guide inside Sonsoto. It answers questions about your services, documents, and next steps in plain language, helps you complete intake, and records the details you give it against your case. It replies in the language set on your account.

The advisor handles the structured, repeatable guidance. Anything that needs a person — a judgement call, an authority query, a legal or tax question — is handed to a human operator.

Where to Find It

There are two ways to open the advisor, and they share the same conversation:

Sidebar — "AI Advisor". In the left navigation of your dashboard, the AI Advisor link opens the advisor full screen. It is always available once you are signed in.
Floating chat button. A round chat button in the bottom-right corner on most pages.

If you do not see the floating button: it is a non-essential feature, so it appears only after you accept optional ("support") cookies in your cookie preferences. You can change this at any time from the cookie banner or your settings. The sidebar AI Advisor link works regardless of your cookie choice.

What You Can Ask

"What documents do I still need for my company formation?"
"What does my current stage mean, and what happens next?"
"Here is my business activity and shareholders." The advisor records it against your case.
"What fees apply, and how do I pay?"
"Can you connect me with a person?" The advisor escalates to a human operator.

What It Will Not Do

It does not give legal, tax, or financial advice. For those, Sonsoto connects you with a qualified professional.
It acts only on your own account and your own cases.
It confirms an action only once it has actually been recorded — it reports the real outcome, not a guess.

Your Conversation Is Saved

Your messages are stored against your account so the advisor keeps context across sessions and a human operator can pick up where you left off. They are handled under the same privacy terms as the rest of the platform.
