Marcus Okoye is accountable for the internal systems, data governance and information controls that allow the firm to operate reliably as it grows.
Much of his work is intentionally invisible: integrating systems that were never designed to work together, keeping information accurate as volume increases, and making access appropriately controlled without obstructing the people who need to deliver the work.
He treats reliability as a core client-facing feature. As Sonsoto adds markets and service lines, Marcus ensures the information environment scales quietly alongside them.
