Dr. Priya Menon leads the firm's data and AI work, including the tools that support case handling and the decision support available to advisors.
Her standard is practical: an AI initiative must make a real operation faster, clearer or more accurate, and it must be measured against that outcome. Demonstrating capability without improving delivery is not sufficient.
She is equally clear about the limits of automation. In regulated work, knowing which judgements should remain human is part of building responsible systems — not a limitation on innovation.
