The Wills & Succession Services Lead coordinates Sonsoto’s will-preparation service for clients who hold assets in the UAE.
Most founders reach this conversation later than they should. Company shares, property and bank balances in the UAE do not always pass the way expats assume, and the right registration route depends on faith, where the assets sit and whether the will covers one person or a couple.
The role keeps the process orderly: the information the will needs, the documents behind it and the registration steps the chosen route requires, through the DIFC Wills Service Centre or the ADGM Wills Service.
